"A total transformation for me, physically and spiritually.

When I researched for healing alternatives to what I strongly believed was associated to my digestive issues and intolerances to certain foods, I came across Megan’s website. As I studied her protocol I liked that she was offering a different type of testing (a deeper one) which consisted of a blood test that would reveal all the foods I was intolerant to. She also offered other forms of therapy which I knew would combine hand in hand with the physical part of the healing and would be sufficient for me to reach my goal.

Little did I know that this was just the beginning of a total transformation for me, both physically and spiritually. I highly recommend Megan and her team. In less than 2 months my symptoms almost completely disappeared, and I started feeling amazing. The approach allowed me to identify the foods that I am most reactive to and helped me find the root causes that no doctor was able to identify so far.In addition, this amazing team is so supportive and always available to answer questions. My husband has been experiencing some internal inflammation for a while and wanted to seek some answers as to why & what is going on. Megan and the team has given my husband some guidance toward a better health starting with changing his diet to a strict diet then a comfortable healthy diet. I am currently working with MP Integrative Health and have been very happy with the results so far. Megan and her team are AMAZING to work with. Their program taught me so much about food and how it can heal the body, as well as how to better manage my stress and anxiety. Within the first 10 days on the program, my symptom numbers decreased by half! I have been active all my life and done my best to eat healthy. What I didn't know is that some foods which are considered healthy were not good for my body. At the young age of 54, I had developed arthritis in my neck and knees, which caused numbness and made doing everyday activities, yoga and sleeping difficult. I had tried so many different ways of healing and nothing was working.I am so grateful for Megan's guidance as I am experiencing quite miraculous healing with her nutritional program. I got food sensitivity testing done and Megan explained a really simple, straightforward way to implement the results. My knees started feeling better after just a few days on the program. What a joy to be able to get in and out of bed without pain. I can even do child's pose in my yoga classes, which used to be super painful. My head is clearer and I am more productive. First of all, WOW! I never thought that I would find a health practitioner that would encompass mind, body and spirit in so much depth. I really felt pulled to work with Megan and it was the right decision. She is a pleasure to work with and I really got to dive deep into physical, emotional and psychological blocks which were greatly impacting my life. Her program includes hypnosis and energy techniques as well which are so impactful! After years(decades) of gut issues, Megan helped me identify my trigger foods/habits. I dove 100% into a super-strict diet paired with some key lifestyle changes, and “miraculously” have been crohns symptom-free since Apr 2nd. I am in disbelief tbh. Never imagined that what I consume could have had to this extent dictated this disease, the Associated symptoms and it’s impact on my life. I was desperate to find help for my severe crohns disease and my crohn's group suggested I find a holistic nutritionist. Finding Megan is the best thing to happen to me since my diagnosis nearly 10 years ago. She is very knowledgable about the mrt testing and leap program. I had been desperately searching for what was the root cause of my stomach troubles. I had upper stomach bloating almost after every meal for several hours for several months, with no reflux symptoms, and most doctors couldn't give me a solid explanation for it (despite the usual antacid prescriptions etc. which didn't help of course).What we did with Megan was a different approach to anything I had tried which was the MRT test followed by an elimination type diet (LEAP). It allowed me to zero in on specific food items that where either symptomatic or asymptomatic but yet most likely causing inflammation. After doing it for a few weeks I was already feeling considerably better, but it took me several months to get back to almost normal levels. The diet is a very logical one, and by applying common sense, it's a straightforward process to see which items the body doesn't easily accept as "fuel" for it.I think many people are unaware of inflammation and what it can do, and often they confuse it with allergies / allergic reactions, or intolerance which are different things altogether. In my case it lead me to find out that I am very intolerant to gluten as well as garlic and those are gone from my diet until further notice.It's important to note that it might be ideal for even a healthy person without troubles to do such test & diet (MRT & LEAP) as inflammation could be present or we may not always be aware of the signs and symptoms of foods that aren't the right "fuel" for our respective bodies.Megan is a very kind person and she took her time to explain things to me as well as helped me through the process and with the follow-up questions with the unlimited email support she provides, which was a really great feature of this diet program. Thank you for everything Megan!

Megan was very helpful with identifying foods that were inflammatory for me and giving me tips for how to heal my gut. She is extremely patient and understanding when it comes to adhering to a new diet as well as the transition time it takes (up to a year) to fully transform one's diet to a wholesome nutrient based diet that is anti inflammatory. She also listens to any concerns and is available when they arise by phone or e-mail. I found her to be knowledgable, patient, available, and understanding. I highly recommend her for your health, diet and weight loss needs. She got me back on track and I am thankful for her guidance.
